MMH Group  on Thursday announced the appointment of Michael Schembri Parnis as Group Chief Financial Officer.

The company specialises in the specific requirements of the oil and gas and marine sectors, providing a wide range of services.

Mr Schembri Parnis, on his part, brings with him over 16 years of experience in the finance sector.

He is an ACCA certified accountant, and also holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration.

Prior to joining the MMH Group, he held roles as Group Senior Financial Officer for the Von der Heyden Group of Companies, and Chief Financial Officer for Hili Logistics (a company within the Hili Ventures Group of Companies).

Other than the roles mentioned above, Mr Schembri Parnis has not held any other directorships in any other publicly listed entities or issuers.
