MedservRegis plc, posted a profit after tax of €2.09 million, an increase of 62 per cent compared to the €1.29 million recorded in 2023, supported by improved revenues in Malta, the United Arab Emirates and Iraq. Adjusted EBITDA for the year reached €16.1 million, slightly below the €17.5 million reported in the previous year.
MedservRegis plc is an integrated logistics specialist primarily servicing the energy (oil and gas) and mining sectors. The company was formed in 2021 following a merger between Medserv Group and Regis Holdings Limited. It has key positions across different markets, with specialist business acumen in Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.
MedservRegis plc operates under various trading names: Medserv in the Mediterranean basin, METS in the Middle East, and Regis in sub-Saharan markets.
In 2024, Medserv reported a profit of €3.87 million, more than double the €1.67 million recorded in 2023.
MedservRegis plc reported total revenues of €70 million in 2024, down €3.9 million from the €73.9 million recorded in 2023. The group’s revenue was derived from Integrated Logistics Support Services (ILSS) at 52 per cent, Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) at 47 per cent, and Photovoltaic Income at one per cent.
The group recorded a cost of sales of €50.50 million, which includes €1.24 million in amortisation of intangible assets, a €101,544 net impairment loss on assets held for sale, and a €146,449 net impairment loss on property, plant, and equipment.
