Amy Markham has made Malta proud, landing a position at global tech titan Siemens.

The University of Glasgow Aeronautical Engineering Student will continue her studies as she takes on her role at Siemens, where she will work on CFD visualisations.

She credited her final year project where she worked on ship hydrodynamics as having earned her the opportunity.

Ms Markham has also held an internship at Rolls-Royce, but more recently, finding her 2020 plans disrupted by the pandemic, she returned to Malta before the borders closed, where she spent the summer working as a Beach Supervisor for Malta Tourism Authority.
