The Malta Chamber of Construction Management has announced the appointment of its Chamber Membership Board.

The members joining the board will be Nick Vassallo of DOMOS, Andrei Cachia of Projects-Plus ltd, Reno Vassallo of Vassallo Builders ltd, and Ed Howell, most recently of Howell Goodfellow.

Making the announcement on social media, the construction management chamber explained that the new board members will have the “very important task” of vetting and reviewing every single membership application to the organisation.

Following the review of each applicant, the board will prepare a report that will guide “each and every applicant” as to the recommended route to achieve membership to the category of their choosing.

The Malta Chamber of Construction Management describes itself as the voice of construction managers at the various levels operating in Malta and beyond. It says it promotes and expects high standards across the board, to be at the forefront of innovation in the local built environment.

Through its input, it says it aims to influence policies and regulations that impact the construction industry and the common good.
