Seasoned financial professional Kurt Camenzuli has been named Head of Operational Finance at London-based online marketing and software agency Whitezip Limited, he announced on Thursday.
Mr Camenzuli joins the company after more than four years at Maltese iGaming company Realm Entertainment Ltd, five months of which were in the role of Financial Controller. During his time at the company, he was also appointed Internal Auditor, being responsible for setting up the internal audit function, as well as create and improve processes and controls across multiple departments.
Prior to entering the iGaming sector, he also served as Audit Team Member and later on as Audit Senior at KPMG Malta, spending over two years at each position.
During that time, Mr Camenzuli also delved into the international financial services space, spending four months as Analyst and Technology Risk Consultant at KPMG UK at its offices in Manchester.
He graduated with an ACCA master’s degree in 2016, and also has several awards from both KPMG Malta and KPMG UK.
With headquarters in London, Whitezip is a global marketing agency that offers acquisition, customer services, affiliate marketing, as well as design and development services. Launched in 2016 with a team of just eight people, the company has since grown at a rapid rate, highlighted by the opening of a new office in Saint Paul’s Bay, Malta.
