iFund Solutions Ltd, a fund administration company, has appointed Kevin Psaila as a Senior Manager.

Mr Psaila is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience across audit, corporate accounting, and fund administration, the company said.

“He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta – including two secondments to PwC New York, where he worked on hedge fund audits,” the company said.

Prior to joining iFund Solutions, he held senior roles at two fund administration firms, rising to Technical Director and General Manager, “where he led a team of 15 and oversaw fund administration, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance," the company said.

“We look forward to the expertise and leadership Mr Psaila brings to our growing team,” iFund Solutions said.
