Experienced manager Kevin Galea has been named Export Manager at Malta-based confectionery producer Consolidated Biscuit Co. Ltd, he announced on Monday.
He joins following a 23-year spell as Senior Account Manager at BPC International Ltd which came to an end this month, with the marketing communications agency winding down its operations in recent months.
Mr Galea describes himself as a “results and service-oriented individual” that is able to “evaluate and deliver innovative solutions to challenges”. He possesses “excellent” interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, focusing on achieving clients’ vision through the projects he is entrusted with.
Consolidated Biscuit Co. Ltd was set up in 1982, focusing on the production of biscuits, baked confectionery, and snack foods that are marketed and distributed across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas under a variety of brand names. It is particularly known for its Devon brand consisting of an assortment of biscuits and its Sunshine Snacks brand that is made up of corn and potato-based foods.
