GAP Group plc Board of Directors have announced, through a Malta Stock Exchange notification, that the role of Chief Financial Officer has been taken over by Keith Fenech with effect from 4th June, 2020.

He is replacing Justin Cuatajar, who resigned from his post with effect from 3rd June, a little over a year from his appointment on 2nd May 2019.

Mr Fenech graduated in accountancy from the University of Malta in 2003 and obtained a master’s degree in financial services from the University of Malta in 2016.

He also holds a Practising Certificate in Auditing. Mr Fenech started his career with a medium sized audit firm where he spent 10 years and has since occupied the role of Group Financial Controller with a group operating in the food and beverage industry, and more recently, the role of Managing Director of a group of companies that is licensed by the MFSA to provide fiduciary and corporate services.

The Board of Directors thanked Mr Cutajar for his service to the Company and welcomed Mr Fenech to his new responsibilities.
