Leading iGaming company KaFe Rocks Group has strengthened its senior management team by naming Fiona Valenzia as Head of People and Kurt Paris as Head of Engineering, it announced on Tuesday.

These two additions seek to help guide the company towards its rapidly expanding market opportunity, while also reinforcing its presence in the United States market through its USBetting.org and UScasinos.com brands.

“Over the last couple of months, we’re thrilled to have added some exceptionally strong experience to the People and Technology departments of KaFe Rocks,” Group CEO Simon Pilkington said.

“In Fiona and Kurt, we bring in two professionals teeming with ideas, vision and experience, whilst they will also add massive cultural impact during their time here. These are two hugely important departments for the business as we continue to push forward to demonstrate growth whilst continuing to be an employer that puts people at the forefront,” he added.

Ms Valenzia has over 10 years of experience as a human resources (HR) professional within the payments and gaming industry. As Head of People, she will be an integral part of the senior management team and will have the opportunity to shape the company moving forward. Ms Valenzia will continue accelerating the company’s people-centric approach while also building its market-leading employee value proposition.

Mr Paris has amassed over 16 years of experience in software engineering, primarily within the finance and iGaming industries.
