Monday (yesterday) marked Joanne Bondin’s 17th anniversary at MISCO. Ms Bondin has held the role of Director at MISCO Consulting and HR Outsourcing and Temping Services Ltd for the past six years, after joining the team as an HR Executive in 2006.

Ms Bondin boasts years of experience in delivering consultancy services to a diverse array of companies. Her expertise extends to offering guidance to businesses of all sizes, including small, medium and large enterprises, in areas such as change management, organisation restructuring, strategic talent acquisition and operational optimisation to align with the firm’s strategic goals.

She offers consultancy in business plan writing, securing EU funding, corporate governance and on family business planning and relationship management. She is also involved in shaping employer branding strategies, conducting job evaluation assignments and employee engagement and wellness assessments. In addition, Ms Bondin, assists organisations design and implement performance management programs, reward strategies and in the recruitment of individuals that hold high ranking roles for a number of organisations.

Her academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Level 7) accredited by ILM and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Level 6) from the University of Malta. Ms Bondin is a certified recruiter registered with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and holds a Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). She also possesses Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing.

In addition to her academic accomplishments, Ms Bondin has been elected as President of the Malta Employers’ Association (MEA) Council and was also approached to form part of the Change Management Committee at Hospice Malta.

She is a member of a number of professional organisations such as the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), and The British Psychological Society (BPS). Beyond her professional pursuits, Joanne has a passionate interest in the visual and performing arts.
