Jeanette Carabott has been appointed Company Secretary at BNF Bank plc. Her new position comes into effect as of 31st August 2023, and will also see her undertake the responsibilities of secretary for the Board committees, commencing from the same date.

Dr Carabott will assume the position previously held by Jean Noel Cutajar as Company Secretary for the bank.

BNF Bank plc is a key player in the Maltese banking sector, offering personal and business clients service through 12 branches as well as a Corporate and Business Banking Centre.

JUD Investment Group Ltd, a subsidiary of Al Faisal International for Investment, one of Qatar's largest private diversified groups, is BNF Bank's majority shareholder having 92.4 per cent stake in the Bank. The remaining 7.6 per cent of shares are held by four Maltese shareholders: PG Holdings Ltd, Virtu Investments Ltd, SAK Ltd and Mizzi Capital Projects.
