Hili Ventures is celebrating the opening of the 86th McDonald’s in Romania, at the AFI Brasov shopping center.

Premier Capital plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hili Ventures, is the developmental licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania.

Through Premier Capital’s subsidiaries, it operates a growing network of restaurants, currently standing at 158 branches in prime locations, more than half of which are McDrives.

Premier Capital plc also runs numerous McCafe operations in stores across its footprint. Every year, more than 130 million customers are served at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by Premier Capital, generating revenues in excess of €300 million.

Premier Capital’s total staff complement stands at around 8,800 people.
