Tributes have poured in following the death of Joe Cassar Aveta, a senior commercial letting consultant with REMAX Lettings, and a beloved member of the business community.

It is understood that Mr Cassar Aveta passed away on Monday evening, with REMAX Letting taking to social media to say:

“He had been a valued member of our team, and will be missed. Please keep Joe and his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.”

He has been described as a “true gentleman” by friends mourning the sudden loss.
