The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. announced on Tuesday that Benson H. Bosman has been appointed to the newly created senior management role of Chief Business Development Officer – International Markets, of Harvest Group.
In his new role, Mr Bosman will be responsible for managing and leading the development of the group’s internationalisation drive under the direction of the Harvest Group CEO.
As a consequence of his appointment to this new role, Mr Bosman has tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director of APCO Limited, a subsidiary company of Harvest Technology p.l.c., effective 31st December 2020.
Furthermore, Mr Bosman will be resigning from his office of director, legal and judicial representative of APCO Limited.
The company thanked Mr Bosman for his service and commitment to APCO Limited over the years, and commented that it looks forward to his further contribution to the Harvest Group in his new capacity.
Harvest Technology also announced that Christian Gatt has been appointed as Managing Director of APCO Limited, effective 1st January 2021.
Mr Gatt currently occupies the role of Head of Product Engineering and Architecture within PTL Limited, another subsidiary of Harvest Technology plc, forming part of the Harvest Group.
