Elmo Insurance Limited has launched The Elmo Way Culture Activation Programme, a strategic leadership and culture initiative designed to establish shared behavioural standards, strengthen collaboration and align everyday actions with the company’s long-term ambitions.

The programme reflects Elmo Insurance’s continued commitment to fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture that supports employee development, business growth and exceptional customer service in an increasingly complex insurance landscape.

The launch of The Elmo Way also marks the first anniversary of Elmo Insurance receiving the FHRD HR Quality Mark, which recognises excellence in people management, workplace culture and the alignment of HR and business strategies.
