H6, the AI finance automation and governance platform, has processed €30 million in invoices since launching in January 2026 and has filed a US patent application covering its approach to policy-driven finance automation.
H6 is now working with 15 clients. Of these, 40 per cent are listed companies or form part of groups with publicly traded bonds in Malta. The platform now has 150 daily users. The milestone reflects growing adoption within finance operations where accuracy, accountability and control are essential.
At the core of H6’s approach is the separation of AI interpretation from controlled execution: AI interprets invoices, while a deterministic policy engine applies the organisation’s rules to govern what happens next.
This allows H6 to handle complex invoices, including those without purchase orders, while keeping decisions traceable, policies versioned and exceptions subject to review. Finance teams define the controls that must be satisfied before an invoice can be posted to their accounting system.
Benji Borg, CEO and co-founder, said: “€30 million processed since January and 150 people using H6 daily show the momentum we’re building. Finance teams are trusting H6 with real invoices and complex financial controls.”
Mauro Pirrone, co-founder, said: “We built H6 around a clear principle: AI interprets, finance governs and H6 executes. Our patent filing reflects this approach, allowing businesses to scale automation while keeping their financial rules explicit, traceable and under their control.”
AI interprets. Finance governs. H6 executes.
