Founded in 2013 by Jean Paul Cascun and Oliver Borg, J’Oli Salad Bar is a modern salad bar concept offering a menu of fresh, wholesome food tailored to today’s lifestyle. With four locations across Msida, Mosta, Marsa, and St Julian’s, J’Oli serves a variety of salads, warm bowls, wraps, fresh juices, smoothies, and quality coffee, and also caters for group events and corporate functions.

Taking this a step further, J’Oli has introduced a macro calculator, enabling customers to build their own bowls while tracking the right balance of nutrients to suit their individual needs.
