Busy Bee is mourning the loss of Francis Zammit, a man who for many years worked with commitment and dedication to the company.

Mr Zammit was a loyal worker at the company for 52 years, with many former employees walking down memory lane and commending him for years of hard work.

“You were so proud of Busy Bee,” a woman who had known Mr Zammit since she was 15 said in a post.

Saddened by the loss, Busy Bee remarked that throughout his years at the company he had dedicated his heart and soul. One employee expressed his gratitude for the dedicated time Mr Zammit spent teaching him before eventually taking over.

“He helped us grow through four generations with unwavering commitment and passion. We are truly grateful to have had the chance to see him once more before his passing,” Busy Bee wrote.

Mr Zammit had in fact visited the cafeteria and the factory in Imrieħel just a few days prior to his passing, a visit that brought a lot of smiles to employees and long-time customers.

As the company thanked him one last time, it ended its commemorative post by stating that his legacy will forever be part of Busy Bee.
