Burmarrad Commercials, a leading auto mechanic shop and vehicle leasing centre currently located in St Paul’s Bay, has recently announced plans to relocate to an industrial zone in Marsa.

The move will see its operations, including admin and workshops, move to a more modern building in Marsa.

Prime Minister Robert Abela today toured the current facility, while Burmarrad Commercials Director, Mario Gauci, spoke of how the company will use the new space to operate with increased efficiency and employ a more diversified service-mix, such as the conversion of vehicles.

Today, it employs some 65 workers.

Mr Gauci also announced that the company will be investing in a fleet of new electrical vehicles.
