Restrictions on Air Malta’s onboard inflight service come into effect today as measures continue to be implemented to contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

Air Malta said Business Class passengers will be served in a one tray service in disposable items together with a complimentary water bottle.

The Economy Class Buy-On-Board service will not be available.

The inflight service restrictions will remain in place until further notice.

Over the past days, Air Malta has stopped flights to Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain and Germany, though it said it will operate repatriation flights to bring back home Maltese nationals and residents stranded there.
