Agora Estates has announced that it has applied to the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) for authorisation to issue up to €20 million in secured bonds, redeemable in 2038 or earlier at the company’s discretion.

The bonds will have a nominal value of €100 each.

In a public announcement, Agora Estates also said it intends to submit a formal application for the bonds to be admitted to listing and trading on the Malta Stock Exchange.

Further details on the proposed bond issue will be provided in the prospectus, which will be published following receipt of the necessary approval from the MFSA.
