Seafood restaurant Adam's Artisanal Seafood Experience launched on Saturday, just two months after Adam Demanuele's renowned fish shop in Mosta closed its doors.

“We’re back with a fresh new look,” the restaurant’s management said, adding that they “can’t wait to welcome” customers once again for “an artisanal seafood experience that truly is unlike any other”.

While the new restaurant is also a fish shop, Mr Demanuele remarked that management have "stepped up" their game with "new ideas, more gourmet items, and having everything eco-friendly and sustainable".

"We have once again raised the bar," he added.

The restaurant is located just across the street from the now closed Adam's Fish Shop in Mosta, with “bigger and better premises”.

“Can’t wait to see all of you again and provide you with nothing but the best seafood on the market,” the post concluded.

Several customers were saddened by the news of the Adam's Fish Shop's closing in May, yet management hinted at the new restaurant’s launch, saying “the legacy continues” in the post.

Additionally, Mr Demanuele’s other restaurant, The Seafood Market Grill by Adam in Gżira, is still open.
