Local experts in air conditioning (A/C) Able Ltd is officially celebrating 16 years in business. The company was founded by Jethro Cuschieri in 2006, with the mission to become a local leader in air conditioning solutions.

Able Ltd was founded out of Mr Cuschieri’s passion and in-depth knowledge of air-conditioners. After studying air conditioning for four years at the technical institute, Mr Cuschieri went on to gain invaluable experience as a freelancer working in the sector.

After several years, he set up his own company with the aim of providing top-quality service that guarantees satisfaction and peace of mind for all customers looking to buy an A/C system.

Once Able Ltd was launched, Mr Cuschieri began researching brands to import. Quality was the most important factor influencing the decision, and he knew that Fujitsu would be a brand whose values align both with his own and those of his company. Able Ltd’s orientation to detail and excellent customer service led to a strong relationship with Fujitsu, which soon developed into a fruitful partnership.

In 2009, the company became the sole importer of Fujitsu air-conditioners on the Maltese Islands.

“Able Ltd remains dedicated to teaching clients about the benefits of investing in a Euro-Vent certified A/C system as part of the company’s efforts to promote sustainable systems,” says Mr Cuschieri.

In 2020, the company moved to a new premises in Mriehel to accommodate an expanding team and clientele.

When looking back on the milestones that Able Ltd has achieved, Mr Cuschieri adds: “There’s only so much a person can do alone, and my team helped me take Able from good to great. Each milestone is thanks to our understanding and trust in one another and our combined effort to help grow and strengthen the business.”
