On Monday (today), Roberta Calleja celebrated her 10th work anniversary as the Executive Assistant of Farsons Group CEO, Norman Aquilina. 

Sharing the milestone on LinkedIn, Ms Calleja celebrated 10 years of growth, learning, and success.

“It has been an incredible journey filled with challenges, achievements, and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally,” she added.

Furthermore, she remarked that over the past decade she had the privilege of working alongside “visionary leaders and an amazing team”, learning valuable lessons in leadership, strategy and collaboration.

She expressed her gratitude for the trust, mentorship, and support she’s received throughout the journey and is looking forward to what the future holds.

“A huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of this experience – colleagues, mentors and friends alike,” she concluded.

In addition to her experience at Farsons over the past decade, Ms Calleja also worked as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates for seven years.

Furthermore, she holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Management from University of Malta.
