Da Michele, a Neapolitan pizzeria, is opening its first outlet in Malta this weekend, on Friday 30th June.

The popular pizzeria will be landing in Balluta Buildings, St Julian’s, bringing along its reputation as one of the best pizza places on the planet, as recognised by no other than the Michelin Guide.

“This is one of the oldest and best pizzerias in Naples,” noted the Michelin Guide.

Founded in 1870 by the Condurro family, the brand now has over a dozen restaurants around the world.

The outlet became famous worldwide when it was featured in the 2010 film, Eat, Pray, Love.
