Roberto Chieppa joined Melita in September 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing over 25 years of international leadership across telecommunications, retail, and consumer goods.

Mr Chieppa began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent over a decade in international leadership positions. Before joining Melita, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing Consumer and Director of TIM Vision at TIM (Telecom Italia) and held executive and board roles at Fastweb and MediaMarkt.

Passionate about innovation and technology, he also served as CEO of BCyber, a Swiss cybersecurity company, and contributed as an Equity Partner at Moffu Labs, supporting innovation-driven ventures. Deeply committed to education, he has also served as a Visiting Professor and Scientific Director in several Brand & Marketing master’s programmes.

Mr Chieppa holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, including an MBA exchange at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. “Outside of work, I find balance with my wife and teenage daughter, and I pursue endurance sports as a source of energy and inspiration,” he shares.
