Her banking career having started 26 years ago, over the past 17 years, Radka Chum held various managerial positions in retail, private, corporate banking and leasing finance. Her professional experience includes working in prestigious banking institutions, including the ČSOB Group.

“I am an expert known for my ability to effectively manage and bring new insights into the dynamic environment of the financial sector. From my perspective, the key to success in bank management lies in a combination of quality leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,” she says.

At FCM Bank, Ms Chum is responsible for the retail and corporate deposit area from both the local Maltese market and internationally.
