“My main areas of practice include banking and finance, capital markets, corporate and insolvency law,” Michael Psaila says.

He graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and furthered his studies at Kings College, London, where he obtained a Master of Law degree in Corporate and Commercial Law.

“I am a member of the Chamber of Advocates, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the International Bar Association and am recommended in most major legal directories,” Dr Psaila adds.
