A Turkish lawyer based in Malta, Ezgi Harmanci started her journey at Marmara University’s Law Faculty and. upon moving to Malta for English studies, she embarked on an international career within prestigious Maltese law firms.

“In 2015, I initiated my independent venture, Harmanci & Partners. Here, I focus on consulting with medium to large-sized Turkish companies and individuals aiming to establish their presence in Europe,” she explains.

Her expertise lies in cross-border business setups, corporate services, foreign investments and wealth planning. Dr Harmanci is a Partner at Grand Harbour Exclusive, a Maltese venture concentrating on luxury concierge, real estate investments, and immigration services.

“A recent accomplishment,” she says, “was becoming the first female Chairperson of the Maltese-Turkish Business Council under the Malta Chamber of Commerce.”

Beyond work, she enjoys mentoring young Turkish women and indulging in her passions for travel, diplomacy, business and literature.
