A qualified computer systems and software engineer but an entrepreneur at heart, Ben Pace Lehner is a co-Founder and IT Director of both Rocksteady Digital and the recruitment agency, Broadwing Recruitment.

“I graduated with first class honours and an award as the best performing student in all BSc computing courses at the University of Greenwich though my passion lies in business and strategy,” he tells WhosWho.mt.

“I pride myself on precision and attention to detail and have a keen interest in business management and consultation, optimisation of business processes, software and web development, digital marketing and branding, IT and GDPR consultation as well as human resources and recruitment.”

Starting as an independent web and software engineer, Ben then partnered up to found Rocksteady and Broadwing, which won Malta’s Employer of the Year and Best HR and Recruitment Company of the Year awards in 2019, its second year of operation.

Aside from his professional history, Blen played for the youth national rugby team before moving wholeheartedly into competitive sailing.
