Running his own business importing building materials and doing turnkey projects for about 27 years made Anthony Ellul very passionate and enthusiastic about property development. It also put him in contact with many established developers and gave him a deeper understanding of project planning, floor layouts from plotting to completion, budgeting, etc.

“In 2016, I joined Alliance as a property advisor when the company was still operating as part of an international franchise and I was dealing mostly with developers on building sites. Then, in the summer of 2020, with the new Alliance brand, I was offered the position of Assistant Manager at our Santa Venera branch, a new challenge, which I enthusiastically accepted,” he explains.

In his role, Mr Ellul is involved in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting and motivating the team of property advisors and ensuring it achieves or even exceeds the shared objectives.

“I am a very positive person by nature, who always sees the glass as being half full,” he asserts.
