Antoine Sciberras is the Chief Officer for Spectrum Management and Technology at the Malta Communications Authority (MCA), the national regulatory authority for electronic communications in Malta.

“I have more than 20 years’ experience across technical, commercial and regulatory roles in the field of electronic communications networks and services across the public and private sectors.”

Apart from an engineering degree from the University of Malta, he also possesses a post-graduate diploma in Engineering Management from Brunel University, London and a Master’s degree in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship from the University of Malta.

Ing. Sciberras is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Malta.
