The Convenience Shop has announced the passing of Richard J. Saliba, a Non-Executive Director of the company who also served as Chairman of its Audit Committee.
Expressing the “deepest regret” at the news, The Convenience Shop extended its sincere condolences to Mr Saliba’s family.
Mr Saliba joined Board of Directors of The Convenience Shop last year, bringing over 30 years of experience as a certified public accountant and auditor.
He established his own legal practice in the mid-1990s, having previously served as an Audit Manager at a leading local audit firm.
The Convenience Shop said it will keep the market informed of changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee in due course.
