JobsinMalta is set to be acquired by Talexio Limited, a brand forming part of Expedition42, at the end of this month.
The firm informed companies through a mailshot on Monday, notifying them that Integrated Talent Ventures Limited will no longer be its owner.

It confirmed that despite the change in ownership, the “only change” that will take place "for now" is that companies’ account and data on JobsinMalta will be managed by Talexio Limited instead of the previous owners.
“Eventually, thanks to this move, we will be creating a better hiring experience for both candidates and employers by integrating Talexio’s applicant tracking system into JobsinMalta,” it said. It added that through this change, clients will be able to “easily find the right talent and better manage candidate applications”.
Expedition42's brand portfolio includes various brands all centred around human resources services, including Talexio Limited, Konnekt, JobsinMalta, PayrollMalta and SalariesinMalta.
JobsinMalta is a job vacancy network that allows job seekers to construct resumés and send applications, while employers can advertise their openings and find the right candidates. In 2022, the network completed a rebrand, giving it a “new and improved” look.
Talexio Limited is a software development company that focuses on the provision of cloud-based human resources, recruitment, and payroll solutions. It describes its solutions as being able to cater for “businesses of any size within any industry”.
