I joined Melita in 1998 and was promoted to Group CFO in 2018. Today, I am responsible for our operations in Malta and internationally, bringing extensive experience across private equity-backed telecommunications. I have led complex exit processes, M&A transactions, group reorganisations, and capital optimisation initiatives, consistently delivering financial transformation and operational excellence.

I provide executive leadership across finance, accounting, and treasury with a strong focus on strategic financial planning, cash flow optimization, and governance. My track record includes structuring and executing refinancing strategies, bond issues, and debt facilities, as well as overseeing ERP implementations and workflow automation to drive efficiency.

I am an ACCA-qualified accountant, a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants. As a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and investors, I combine commercial judgement with data-driven insight to support long-term growth and strategic decision-making.

Beyond my professional life, travelling with my wife and three kids is what I enjoy most, discovering new cultures together and creating lasting memories as a family. I also enjoy immersing myself in different cuisines and local traditions along the way.
