I am the CEO and co-founder of Prohealth, one of Malta’s leading healthcare companies. I lead a dynamic team committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth, with a strong focus on creating value across the healthcare ecosystem.

As a pharmacy graduate, I began my career in 1991, gaining experience in public hospital practice, community pharmacy, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing. This broad exposure provided the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey and deep understanding of the healthcare sector.

In 1995, together with John Jaccarini and Andrew Paris, I co-founded Prohealth with a vision to build a trusted healthcare company founded on quality, professionalism, and innovation. Over the past three decades, the company has grown into a diversified healthcare group with a strong presence in pharmaceuticals and dermo-cosmetics in Malta and Libya, while expanding into food supplements, medical and active lifestyle nutrition, infant nutrition, dental care, and medical aesthetics.

A key milestone in Prohealth’s growth was the acquisition of TrioMed Ltd, which strengthened the Group’s capabilities in MedTech, Digital Health solutions, Clinical products, and Technical Field Service.

Since my appointment as CEO in 2016, I have focused on driving strategic growth, strengthening partnerships, developing talent, and fostering a culture of innovation. Together with the Prohealth team, I am leading the organisation’s Vision 2030 strategy, positioning the Group for continued growth and long-term impact within the healthcare sector.
