Business Profile

I am a senior technology sales and business development leader with over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. I specialise in driving revenue growth, leading complex negotiations, and building long-term strategic partnerships with C-level executives across the public and private sectors.

I currently lead IBM’s technology business across Cyprus and Malta, with responsibility for infrastructure, software, data, AI, automation, security, and hybrid cloud solutions. I have developed extensive international exposure, managing business activities and strategic engagements across Cyprus, Malta, Greece, and the United Kingdom, collaborating with multinational teams, regional leadership structures, and cross-border clients.

Since 2020, actively responsible for business development and market expansion in the Maltese market.

Since 2022, accountable for the full technology portfolio of IBM across Cyprus and Malta, including infrastructure, software, data, artificial intelligence, automation, security, and hybrid cloud solutions.

I focus on enabling digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, operational efficiency, and innovation. I am recognised for combining commercial discipline, strategic vision, and execution excellence to consistently deliver results.

Business Activities

Prior to my current leadership role, I held senior sales and business development positions with global technology organisations including SAP, Gartner, and Cisco. At SAP, I focused on enterprise software solutions enabling digital core transformation and business process optimisation. During my tenure at Gartner, I worked closely with senior executives, supporting them in leveraging Gartner’s research and advisory services to gain strategic insights and informed guidance on IT strategy, governance, and technology investment decisions. At Cisco, I led initiatives in networking, infrastructure, and security, contributing to large-scale technology modernisation programs.
Prior to these international roles, I held various senior positions within local technology companies, building strong commercial, operational, and leadership foundations early in my career.
