Business Profile

My name is Kurt Abela, and I am the Managing Director of a group of companies operating in the construction, property development, and hospitality sectors in Malta.

I began my business journey in 2006, when I founded two companies that quickly established themselves as key players in interior finishing works and building material supplies. Building on this success, in 2012 I expanded into property development and leasing, establishing KA Holdings Ltd, which today serves as the parent company behind landmark projects such as Centris I and Centris II in the Central Business District (Mrieħel).

In recent years, I have also diversified into the hospitality industry, developing a growing portfolio of short-let apartments and boutique hotels in prime locations across Malta.
