Business Profile

My brother and I took over the running of the family business in 1977 and built a diversified group of 20 companies in sectors ranging from food processing and importation to retailing, real estate and construction. I believe in quality and investing in people's development, and I was instrumental in the building of a 27,000-square-metre food factory complex.

We pioneered in Malta voluntary third-party food safety certification. The organisation holds ISO 22000 certification and an AA plus level grade in the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
