A fellow Member of ACCA (UK) and of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and holding STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Planning) qualification, I am also a Registered Auditor. My career started with Deloitte and, later, I founded FACT Group, through which we provide accountancy, corporate and audit services. We are licensed to set up trusts and act as trustees. As Managing Partner, I am responsible for tax and compliance, business and other advisory services.
