Business Profile

I oversee Salvo Grima Group’s business development in East and Central Africa, identifying new opportunities and strengthening distribution. I helped establish operations in Rwanda, Spain, and the Netherlands. The Group operates in eight countries across Europe and Africa, employing over 250 staff in distribution, ship supply, and travel retail, reaching clients in over 50 countries.

I joined in 1996 as a Finance Executive, later becoming Finance Manager, then a senior manager in business development. I led the Dutch subsidiary Vladex BV in 2015 and became General Manager - Travel Retail and Distribution.

I hold an MBA from the University of Birmingham (2023). I also hold several board-level appointments and direct subsidiaries, including Number Twelve Fine Wines & Provisions and SGM Retail. I was a Director of Air Malta between 2008 and 2011.
