I graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University in 1985, then read for a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specialising in export management and international business at City University Business School, London.

I have vast experience and knowledge of the cosmetic business and, after serving as Sales and Marketing Executive and Vice Chairman of the Toly Group, I am now Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Toly Products has evolved into a world-leading supplier with a diversified product portfolio.

In 2007, I received the Honorary Member of the National Order of Merit from the Maltese government for the service to the country.

In 2024, I was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Malta.
