Maxime Escudero has announced his appointment as Operations Manager at the Mercure Hotel in St Julians.
The new position sees his departure from the Hilton Malta, where he served for three years as Duty Manager.
Reflecting on his time there on social media, he said his stint at the hotel had been “an amazing experience… full of surprise and events.”
“Working alongside all the departments, meeting everyone, I had the chance to learn from the bests in every field to further grow my knowledge, and this, still with fun,” he added.
The new appointment presented opportunities in line with his career goals, and he expressed excitement at the new adventure.
Mr Escudero has a strong background in the hospitality industry, starting with a Hotel Business Management Internship in France in 2015, before being appointed as the Night Manager at Cavalieri Art Hotel in Saint Julians in December of the same year.
He remained there for just over 2.5 years, joining Hilton Malta in July 2018.
