Royal Malta Golf Club has appointed Martin Duff as its new General Manager, marking an exciting new chapter for the historic club.
Mr Duff, who brings over two decades of experience in the golf industry, expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, stating: “I’m extremely excited about playing a major part in the club’s transition from good to great.”
According to his LinkedIn profile, prior to joining Royal Malta Golf Club, Mr Duff amassed significant experience across the Middle East. Most recently, he served as National Coach at the Emirates Golf Federation for six years.
Before that, he spent over 14 years as Director of Golf at Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club. He also held positions as Golf Operations Manager at Yas Links Abu Dhabi and Director of Golf at Viya Golf Abu Dhabi, each for over a year.
With a strong background in leadership, management, operations, and business development, Mr Duff has honed his skills in membership engagement, event planning, project management, recruitment, training, financial management, procurement, and budgeting. His diverse experience positions him well to drive the Royal Malta Golf Club towards further growth and excellence.
