On Monday, Maria Engerer announced that she has joined Ventures Lab as HR Change Management Partner.

Ventures Lab is based in Bulgaria, with employees hailing from several locations around the world on a remote basis. The company has a strong presence in the iGaming sector, providing a full range of services and products to enable its iGaming clients.

It covers both casino and sports verticals through its gaming platform, and is a technology-first company.

On her part, Maria has worked in the HR space since 2016 across a range of industries, such as telecoms, advisory, banking and professional services.

Qualified in her field, she read for a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Training at the University of Leicester between 2015 and 2017, prior to which she obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at the University of Malta.
