Ahead of the opening of SoL Health Bar this weekend, Isabella–Rae Banda, the CEO of Amazonia Superfoods Malta, which is running the outlet, has celebrated, saying: “It’s been a dream of mine for so many years.”

In a social media post, Ms Banda explained that the new outlet would be nourishing customers’ bodies, “not just with wholesome, delicious food, but with good music and good vibes!”

The new outlet will act as the official base for Australia-based international health company Amazonia’s Malta operations, and also serve vegan, gluten free, GMO-free, and organic smoothie bowls.

“We wanted to create a space where you feel at peace and as if you’ve taken a vacation to one of your favourite places.”

The St George’s Bay outlet is the result of a collaboration between Cool Runnings Bar and Amazonia Malta, and its grand opening is scheduled for this Saturday at 10am.

Amazonia was formed in 2008 and has experienced relentless expansion since then, with its product ranges available in 1000s of stores throughout Australia and around the world.

Ms Banda joined the company in April 2018, as a Business Manager. She was appointed as Amazonia Malta’s CEO in February of this year.
