Ħelu Manna, one of Malta’s most recognised gluten free cafés owned by catering giant James Barbara, has announced that it will be closing its San Ġwann branch on 10th November.

In a message shared with its followers, the team behind the café said the decision was reached after careful thought and considerable effort, noting that operating two outlets catering to a niche market had become increasingly difficult to sustain.

Over the years, the San Ġwann café has built a loyal customer base and become a familiar spot for those seeking gluten free food. The owners expressed heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported the outlet since it first opened.

They also invited customers to visit the San Ġwann café during its final weeks before closing its doors for the last time.

While this chapter comes to an end, Ħelu Manna confirmed that its Valletta café will remain open, continuing to serve its signature range of gluten free dishes and desserts.
