Computime Holdings plc has reported a strong set of results for the first half of 2025, its first interim report since listing on the Malta Stock Exchange in January.
For the six months ended 30th June 2025, the group generated €11.6 million in revenue, up 17 per cent from the €9.9 million recorded in the same period last year. Profit before tax rose by 20 per cent to €2.08 million, while profit after tax increased to €1.89 million from €1.56 million in H1 2024.
All three business divisions contributed to the revenue growth:
- Systems Integration recorded €7.46 million in revenue, up 19 per cent, and achieved a 49 per cent increase in profit to €903,949, driven by large-scale cybersecurity projects in the government and banking sectors.
- FinTech posted €2.41 million in revenue, up nine per cent, with products such as BRSAnalytics and ComplyRadar continuing to attract clients locally and internationally. Profit before tax for the division rose to €1.2 million.
- Business Software saw revenue climb 18 per cent to €1.72 million, with ERP solutions remaining the primary growth driver. Profit before tax rose 16 per cent to €328,226.
Recurring revenue – considered a key measure of stability – accounted for 76 per cent of total revenue, up from 73 per cent in H1 2024.
CEO Alistair Mangion described the results as reinforcing confidence in the group’s strategic direction and operational resilience. “While we remain mindful of broader market conditions and the need to continue investing for long-term growth, the results to date consolidate our solid financial position,” he said.
During the period, Computime paid a final net dividend of €480,000 from its 2024 profits, representing a total net yield of six per cent. The Board is set to consider an interim dividend for 2025 at its meeting on 8th October.
Looking ahead, the group expects the ERP business line to remain the main growth driver for the Business Software division, while FinTech will focus on consolidating its operations and launching new product models, including a Software-as-a-Service offering for ComplyRadar. Systems Integration is preparing for further large projects in networking and information security, with several extending into 2026.
