Claire Mifsud on Tuesday announced that she has been appointed Director, People & Culture, Europe at Invicti Security.

Her new position at the web application security solutions provider comes after over three years at betFIRST, during which time she served as Human Resources Director and Chief Human Resources Officer.

She also gained various years of human resources experience at different companies, including as Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources at Bit8, and Human Resources Director at ThinkTalent.

Prior to that, she worked at telecommunications provider Vodafone for more than 20 years, starting off as a Customer Care Clerk, before she progressed up the company ladder to also serve as Customer Service Manager and Learning & Development Senior Executive, before making the switch to Head of Human Resources, staying at the latter for almost two years.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School, and is particularly skilled in leadership development, talent management, and change management, among other qualities.
