Tigne Mall plc has appointed Chantelle Marie Coleiro as Non-Executive Director following an Annual General Meeting held on Friday.
In doing so, she joins David Demarco, Marzena Formosa, Albert Frendo and Joseph Zammit Tabona as the company’s Non-Executive Directors, all of which were automatically elected after there were as many nominations as vacancies.
Dr Coleiro has also been named as a member of Tigne Mall’s audit committee, which is now composed of her, Mr Demarco as Chairperson, as well as Mr Frendo.
She currently also serves as the Head of Legal Advisory within HSBC Bank Malta plc’s legal office, having joined the bank in 2007 after completing her legal traineeship at Ganado Advocates.
Dr Coleiro holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) and Magister Juris (EU Law) from the University of Malta.
Tigne Mall is The Point’s holding company, with its shopping centre in Sliema becoming “Malta’s retail jewel in the crown” ever since its opening 2010, offering a wide array of brands to its customers.
